・Shadow: 2R
・Mits: 10R
・Mass boxing: 2R
・Condition square: 3R
・Physical training: 10 minutes

It is also possible to increase the number of rounds of mitts or have the trainer play the trout ❗️
We will check the basic parts of hitting the mitt that you cannot usually do, so there is no need to worry about your physical strength.
Since the time is 1:1 one-on-one, you can concentrate on training in a short time 🥊
